They call you up at 2 a.m. 5:11 a.m. 6:32 a.m. and tell you your computer is being hacked they tell you what to do step by step and they want $100 a one-time deal for the lifetime of the computer the hackers use Google’s good name Google would not call at 2 a.m. 5:11 a.m. or 6:32 a.m. you know it’s a scam
