I spoke with Richie Haulzer, this the name he gave when I told him the problem. He explain what they would do, then he asked what kind of laptop I had, I explain to him I had an Hewlet Packard computer and that

I had problems with unable to get into my email, he stated do you know you been hacked I stated, maybe but I wasn’t sure that was the problem, he stated that yes that’s the problem and for to correct the problem I would have to talk to a tech next, he will fix all the problems for 5 years and I wouldn’t have it any more. Ok then I was transferred to Mr. Harry Peterson, he stated he the person will have to get my payment which was told if I wanted to be secured I would be better to get a lifetime Advantage Service, I stated, you sure I want have any more problems because I got assistant from Norton Lifelock some years ago, he stated, they weren’t know good. I stated to him that’s not correct because I have not had much problem and I did have firewall security, he went on and said, quote we will take care of you as well, you won’t have know more problems. He wanted my routing number I told Harry I didn’t have know routing number "why you need that, you people don’t take credit cards he stated; No, google don’t take bank cards. He looked up my routing number and I provided him with my account number. They were totally a scam. I was unable to use my internet after I allowed the tech to remote in my computer. They had me on the phone for 5 hours I was upset and tired. There were another problem after I gave them my money, and been spent so long on the phone with those India natives, they made matters worse. I did call the next day to have my money refunded back to me, I spoke with a Bianca Smith the next day, she approved of refunding my money. I never got my refund and know I’m still unable to use my computer. I had to take my laptop to a local Geek here. I want these people Prosecuted. They got $592

dollars of a check from my bank account and the problem was not taken care of. I want them to pay me back all my money, and post on Social media, scamming people they told me they were part of Google that’s why I let them assist me and remote in my computer.
