i got a call 1st from 323-218-8504 asking where ill be at 9am the next morning, once I told them I wouldn’t give them this info asked for the info of the law office who was after me. he gave me the number 844-585-0539. so when I called they answered "goldmen geller how can I help u" I gave them the claim number I was given and they told me that they were going to serve me papers of suit tomorrow if I don’t set up a payment plan. I freaked out and realized this might be a scam but was scared. they told me the fee if it goes to court is over 3k or I can pay the $985 in payments or the $600 in full. I told them to send me paperwork. when it was received it was on letter head a child could make with no name of the atty or confidential notice on the bottom like all letters usually do. they have a weird web address I have never seen and when u call the numbers it doesn’t have a voicemail like any attys office would have and the system is the same for both numbers. then I looked on the BBB website and found nothing of the sort with any of the info I found, also when doing a reverse # on google it said it wasn’t a working number. so please if anyone else gets these calls be careful
