I purchased a pair of slides in August and only received an email saying my payment went through. I waited for months and never received a shipping notification. It got to the point where I actually forgot I even ordered the shoes. I tried to call and email them multiple times to no avail – I couldn’t get in contact with them. In December, I finally gave up and filed a dispute with my bank.

I ordered 2 pair if slides. Received one pair n=but not the other. I only have had one response saying that someone would be in contact with me. This was the 12th of October, haven’t heard from anyone since. I have sent several emails since then and no response. The number listed is no good either.

This ad pops up all over social media. I made a purchase a month ago, recurved an order confirmation, no tracking number, and they will not respond to my inquiries about where my product is.
