Type of a scam Debt Collections

My in-laws received a voicemail stating I needed to contact them due to an unanswered complaint against me. I called the number 833-619-0980, a man answered and said his name was Jake. I told Jake, I’m calling regarding the voicemail and provided the file/reference# 1000465 they left on the voicemail. He asked if a called before and I said yes, someone called me over a week ago but wouldn’t provide any information unless I provided my personal information. Immediately, someone gets on the phone and said… Yeah you don’t pay your bills, you figure out which one it is and hung up! I called back and asked for the name of the company and address to request validation of the debt, again another person got on the phone and started screaming and said pay your bills ******!!!! I started laughing, the person continued to scream at me saying, you think it’s funny don’t you ******, pay your bills! They hung up, I tried calling back and now I get a fast busy. Please check this out, they used my maiden name which was a red flag but calling me a [censored] and refusing to give me their address or any information regarding the debt they claimed I owe tells me this is a scam! I have never received a letter or email from this company. Clearly, I don’t have a common name so if they needed to contact me, why not call me or send a letter.
