I saw the advertisement on FaceBook and there is a video of a woman using a serum that visibly removes the frown lines (11 lines) between a woman’s eyebrows within a few minutes. There was a "FREE SAMPLE" that you just pay shipping and handling. No where do they say it is a limited time offer, and that you will be charged $94.95 in addition to your shipping and handling if you do not cancel within 14 days. I received the product, and it removes the lines for about 2 minutes, then they come back if you move your face at all. Then a few days later I received a $94.95 charge on my credit card. I called the customer service on the next business day. They stated that you had to call and cancel within 14 days of the date the order is placed. I called on day 15, since day 13 (when my card was charged was a weekend.) And "they do not have a refund policy". They were also going to continue charging my card and sending me product, which was NOT well documented in their terms and conditions, if at all. They may cover themselves legally, but this is nothing other than a SCAM. When I stated I was calling within the 14 days, they said it was 14 days from the date of the purchase, not when the card was charged. And they were very belligerent, showing that they often deal with irate customers. I told them I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com and they stated the BBB would not give my money back, and I said I know, I just wanted to warn people. They then reluctantly offered to refund 30% of my purchase as a curtsey.
