I placed 2 orders for products on March 28,2017 orders *** and ***. I have had contact with this supposed company only through email and was promised a delivery after the 10-12 days it would take for the items to be made. I have at this date yet to receive any items. The company emaied me on April 6,2017 stating they were about ship the items through USPS and included the following tracking number USPS tracking number:

As of this current date the post office has not received the package to ship. On April 15,2017 I received the following message:
Hey Tiffanee,
we are terribly sorry about the delay on your order. We are experiencing a delay on our packaging. If we do not ship your order within the next 48 hours, then we will be sure to include a free gift for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and have a lovely rest of your day!
