Type of a scam Online Purchase

My boyfriend is in San Quentin prison and I purchased prepaid phone time with globaltelink. When the balance got low I got a message saying so and a phone number which I was unable to write down. So after the call I went online and saw GlobalTels website which provides lowcost prison phone service. Thinking I was dealing with the same company I agreed to the terms because I was happy with their service. Less than 2 hours later my boyfriend called again and I got the low balance message again only this time I was able to write the number down. Afterwards I called the number and was told I had not made a payment! So I called the number on GlobalTels website and got an answering machine telling me they only communicate online. I went to their site and requested a refund and was told I could only get part of it back beause I had agreed to their terms! Also they tried to get me to just send postcards with my balance! I rudely said no to that and demanded my money back to which they replied why are we fraudulent. Their website is very misleading and confusing. ALSO my phone was unusable for the rest of the day and night because it suddenly got a virus which changed my input settings to French . They are saying it will take 5 days to give back my partial refund
