Type of a scam Tech Support

I receive a message on my phone, I was at work and was curious of who called me? so I answer my voicemail, and this lady name anna belle from global service and said I need to call her that it was very important that I get in touch with her regarding my IP Address as expired, and that I purchase something back in July 2018 Paying $200.00, I do remember paying this for my computer because it was hack by these people I decided to take my computer to someone local and I ‘am glad that I did so, because it was hack once but two times, and I do not trust these people they say they will clear up the computer for 200.00 but then turn around a year later and say your computer has been hack again and want more money I learn my lesson not to give checking account number out. but today they didn’t get no money out of me I stand guard and told them I have no interest in renewing the computer they ask for my IP address but I did not give them at all. I said just cancelled the item they kept asking me to sit at my computer, and give me their email address and bank number again they wanted to charge me $6,800 for something I didn’t not want or ask for. i Had to get my boss to tell them off on the phone. they said the only way they could cancel the order is if I give them my email address and bank informaction . I did not give them anything plus they had my last name wrong and well they did have the last digits my account but it is closed. this is why I am report it. so people look out for this totally Scam!

Calls are being received by many people I know. (acquaintances and very extended family). When I finally called them back they stated that I owed a payday loan from 2012 (which I do not), and that I wrote the check on a bank account that I have never had. They said I owed it and that they had all my information. They stated I wrote a check for a payday loan in the amount of 580.00+the possibly 300% interest since 2012 (which I verified I did not owe anything!). And that I needed to immediately pay, and the reason I needed to pay was because they had all my information, which sadly they do. (some of it is really, really outdated, like 10-20 years ago). When I asked to have something mailed to be they said they can email me something if I gave them my correct email address, which I refused. At that point they said, ok well if we half to mail you something we will take you off our list.

I spoke to several people at this agency, Rosen, Bella Carmoma & Jason Jones, regarding their case # 1070874. They left messages and said they were trying to help me out on a Payday Loan I received in 2009-12 for $400.and now with interest it is $750.00, I tried to explain that I didn’t receive any Payday Loans or any Loans at all, but they kept talking and cutting me off, they told me the last four numbers of my SS# and said that they have sent me numerous letters. I never received any letters, I have however, received continuous calls and hang ups from a Payday loan company asking me if I would like a loan, and I told them no. I did however contact try a long time ago to get a payday loan and was refused, and I never received any money at all. Please understand, they are threatening to attach this to my credit references and set up a court date, however, they insisted I did and that they would be willing to set up a payment plan, I told them to do they’re worst, it wasn’t my loan and that I would be contacting the ScamPulse.com and they hung up on me,
