Apparently people, including myself, are paying for products online and receiving messages like the following, but never getting their money back…

Supposedly offers DNA kits from Ancestry.com and MyHeritage at a discount. After order is placed, the "order" is refunded without notifying you or your credit card company……..hence, no DNA kit, no refund on credit card. Attempts to contact company go unanswered of course. Disputing with credit card company now.

This site offers DNA testing kits and gear but uses strange English on the site and has a 0 for website trust rating. They request that you do not report the missing package to your bank right after you pay for it. I’m disputing the charge with my bank account. I should have known! I got too excited by the "sale".
