Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company advertises Alabama Crimson Tide quilts at really great prices. Prices are marked down. The site look legit, quilt looks legit. they use Pay Pal, which I hate! I’ve been a victim of identity theft due to a fake Pay pal account so I do not trust Pay pal in the least.. I ordered 2 quilts received an order number thought I was set. Double checked email a week later and noticed that they do not give you a tracking number, do not give you a telephone number and the only way to "contact" them is by sending them an email, but they do not give you an email address to respond too. I can not cancel my payment, only dispute the charge. This needs to be blasted across Facebook and the scammers need to be shutdown!!!
