Type of a scam Identity Theft

I opened a new checking account through my bank, the next day the exact total that I opened the account with was taken out by genesisfs card. Brand new account. Today, an additional amount of 418.28 was taken out of another account with the same bank by the same genesisfs card. I have no idea who these people are, how they are getting multiple account numbers (especially one that has never been used) or why. I notified my bank and all major credit reporting agencies and all have put fraud alerts on all accounts.. and they are still managing to access my accounts and take money out.
