Type of a scam Tech Support
Our computer was hijacked and a number popped up on the screen saying it was from Microsoft. The number was 1-855-649-8713. My wife called it and they told her there was a virus and they had all of her passwords. They told her to call the Geekstore and they could fix it. When she called they got her to allow access and they loaded some programs on the computer and charged $303.00 for 2 years of tech support. This is a total scam. The first number is not Microsoft.
