Type of a scam Tech Support

I had an online tech service named Geeks World for two years. The first year everything was fine. They were helpful when I called them. During the second year I received a call from a tech that said they had inadvertently put some corrupted software on my machine and needed to get it off. He knew the handshake procedure, the background noise was familiar so I let him in my computer. He moved off my main screen so I started looking for him and saw that he was setting up online banking on my bank account. I questioned him why he was doing that…we were still connected by telephone, and he said he wanted to refund some of my money for the mistake. When I saw him moving a rather large sum from my line of credit account to my checking account I hit the power switch and shut off my computer. I went straight to the bank and changed all my accounts. At some point he had place a virus program in my router. When I attempted to restart my computer both my main computer and my laptop were disabled. A local technician reopened my main computer and cleaned the virus out of it, but as soon as I got it home and put it back online it had the virus again. I got an old machine out of storage, put it online and it was infected. I got a new windows 10 computer and put it online and it had the virus. That was when I realized the virus was in my router. So I have replaced the router. Since replacing the router I have been getting calls from the ScamPulse.com Refund Department saying the tech company can no longer handle my account, and that they want to refund my money. I’ve tried to give them my name and address so they can send me a check, but they claim they can only refund it by me letting them into my computer. When I refuse they either curse me, or just hang up. I’ve begun asking why they are lying to me, that there is no Refund Department connected to the ScamPulse.com. They tell me I am wrong and to Google it, Google says the ScamPulse.com Refund Department is not accredited by BBB. My laptop is still disabled, and I have lost a lot of data on the internal drives and external backup drives on the network.. I believe the scammers are located in some foreign country, because the calls I’ve been getting from them are from a wide variety of area codes across the U.S. They have only contacted me by telephone. And while I was able to prevent them from raiding my bank account I did lose about eight months of work.
