I applied for a credit card online. Later I received a call from someone saying they were GE Finance. They said I was approved for a credit car but needed to pay the annual fee. I loaded $180 on a prepaid card. They took that and said I needed to load the exact amount on a card do I loaded another $155.99. I sent another $275 because he said he had already sent me back the $180 and the $155.99. After that I did not hear anything else from them. I was trying to get a loan for $70,000.
