Two men approached me about having my driveway sealed. They gave a sad story about how they were not working much due to the pandemic. I decided to let them work on my driveway. One of the men, who lived in Kansas, said his bank would not take an out-of-state check so I paid them $1,800 in cash for the work. Whatever they put on the driveway washed away with rain the next day. When I tried to call the man who sold me on the job, Sean Houston, he would not answer my call or return messages.
