Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchase an account for a video game and received a Confirmation Email and then receive nothing else after that. The website stated that I would receive another email about the account info but did not receive it.To receive a refund I would first have to email them and they would see if they could refund it to me after I got the account. It has been 11 days and I have received nothing
