Gasbike.net is a website that offers motorized bicycle engine kits to mount onto bicycles. I decided to purchase one after watching many videos on them and how to install them. Seemed easy. I ordered my kit on April 16th. I received a confirmation, and went along my day. Little did I know that would be the last update on my order for 33 days. That’s right folks, my order didn’t "ship" for 33 days. (May 19th) Now when you enter their website, there is a popup message informing that they are shipping on schedule and that it should ship within 1-3 business days. Now all along those 33 days, I had sent multiple emails. The first I sent, I received a reply from them telling me to " Please allow a few business days." This was on April 28th. However, my order still didn’t ship until May 19th. I have sent countless emails to them since and have always received the automatic "Request received email" back but never a response. Not a single one. In fact, they’ve been ignoring me since that email on the 28th. It’s almost been a month since then with no response. Countless emails to them, but nothing back. I know they are seeing my messages because of the "Request received" notification, but they chose not to respond to me anymore. I will attack images of their website showing that they are "Shipping within 1-3 business days" but not for me. As well as the proof that they have been ignoring me since the 28th of April.
