Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was online shopping for specials on tool kits for Christmas present and there is two companies galasheno and walgot.

They are offering a 10 piece Dewalt tool kit .for $65.00.

I checked out other online offers of the same.to my surprise the lowest offer by. Amazon,lowes etc. Was $300.00.( four or five piece tool set is like wow find the cheapest I found the 10 piece tool kit was for $499.00

I haven’t ordered it yet but how do I find out if this is a scam or not it’s too good to be true. My daughter says it’s a scam but

But I do have a concern because in the disclaimers and policy rules and stuff they have a area that says by you signing in to this company basically we have the right to to sell and work with any minors associated my family account or my phone etc.

How do I actually find out if a company is truly a marketing scam please let me know I don’t have a clue how to do this thank you

DeWalt cordless drill combo kit for $55. Found the same set for $399 from DeWalt. Should have known the first price was too good to be true. Tried calling and emailing this company, Galosheno, and no one answers and email bounces back. Do Not buy anything from these scammers!
