I found the ad on Facebook and did my research on the site and it seemed legit but after I purchased 2 recliners from the site and my credit card was charged for $218 I didn’t receive my confirmation email or purchase verification. I still haven’t received it. I have contacted the company by email and phone number multiple times and have not recieved any word back and haven’t been able to reach anyone on the phone. One time I called and it said the phone was disconnected. I’ve found many other sites advertising the same product at different prices and different contact information. I should also include I DID NOT receive the product and I obviously cannot contact them for a refund.

Once ordered an item from their page and never received it! Tried to contact their email and phone. No response on anything. They sell goods and will charge you for it but then you never hear a response. Also their website has changed twice in terms of content and names.

On Sunday, 4/19/2020 at 3:36 pm, I purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite from the website. It was advertised on Facebook. I have a receipt showing that I purchased it but the company that took the mony off of my card was different. I have screen shots of the receipt of purchase and of the Company that withdrew the money. I’ve emailed with no reply. I called and it is continuously busy. I’ve even contacted the company that withdrew the money and they have no record of my order number. This was a gift for my child and I was very excited to finally be able to afford it. Honestly, I want a FULL refund. This company is playing with people’s hard earned money.

Commercial between games on phone promised too good to be true (I should have known better) 14 piece DeWalt tool kit for $99.98, delivery promised in 5 to 10 days, no confirmation email, only payable through STRIPE, no info about returns, etc… I should have read the ScamPulse.com info about typical scams before giving away my credit card info (cancelled now with all attendant hassles of reconnecting automatic payments). Payment on my credit card indicates "*********************" (AU indicates Australia) **************. 24 days later and no product, as there never was and never will be.

Ordered a 14-pc 20-Volt tool kit made by Dewalt from "Sinkday" with a 5-10 day free shipping. Seemed too good to be true but I figured why not, its an AMAZING deal if legit. It’s been 8 days and the order is still listed as "Processing", nobody answered my email inquiry regarding the status of my order and the phone line was nonexistent. Took my money fast enough though day of order.

Have not received anything, even a fake set.

I purchased a simple set of dumbbells and a bench from these people and they never gave me anything, no conformation email, no tracking number, definitely no dumbbells. So i tried to email them twice, then I discover the email in their "contact me" section was the same email as their other email which says "(This email address is just for intellectual property rights and legal issues. Other requests may not get respondence.)" located in their intellectual property rights section. So then I called the number in their contact us and it immediately starts beeping like it’s no longer in service. I try to contact my bank but of course I can’t because of the covid-19 situation. Anyway if you but something online make sure it’s a reputable dealer, not sure if I’ll even get my money back at this point. lesson learned.

I thought I was buying a video game console from a reputable website, But when the charge came through on my bank account, it was for a different, legitimate company. I contacted them and they told me that others had similar experiences within the past 24 hours.
