Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was searching online to buy a car seat and found this site listed on google shopping offering the same product for $30+ less than other companies. I went to their website and ended up purchasing the product online through ***. The processed order said it would arrive in 3-5 days. After a week my order status was still "awaiting fulfillment." I checked back every day for a few more days and that status remained so I emailed customer service through their online form and received no response. After a few days of no response via email I called the phone number. Someone picked up and said ‘hello.’ When I asked if it was FVN store they hung up. I called back several more times and nobody picked up the phone. I reported it to ***, the FTC and now BBB. Now, when I click on my order status it’s listed as ‘disputed’
