Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered clothing off of this site on August 20, 2017. My purchase total was $44.98. I have not received my order as of today, January 24, 2018. I have contacted multiple times through their online messages on their website, the email that was originally on their website, and through Etsy. They have not responded to any of my means of communication. A few days after I placed the order the money was taken out of my account yet still no product. I have looked up more reviews online and apparently I am not the first. There are many reviews saying they are going through the exact same thing I am going through. I have checked their Etsy reviews and most of them say they have gotten their products within a month. But it appears whoever buys through their website doesn’t get their product.
