I have bought 3 items but have never received them.

On Saturday 01 September, 2018, I bought 3 "ZINIK BLAZER Z4 CHROME CUSTOM WHEEL CENTER CAP Z-4 USED" from the website: fsitmarket.xyz. The item URL is: <span title="https://www.fsitmarket.xyz/wheel-center-caps-c-1_2_138_521/zinik-blazer-z4-chrome-custom-wheel-center-cap-z4-used-p-6275.html

Once bought, I received an email from them with the email address: .

The email used here is different from the site, so I was thinking maybe they used a 3rd party site to send the email.

I later considered replying to this email address about the order, but given how the site is, I am not sure if it’s safe for me to reply directly to the email(I have read more than once that replying to spam email is dangerous).

Later, about a week had past and the site still noted the order as "processing". This goes against what they say in their FAQ page: "How quickly do you ship? Shipping can take up to 3 to 7 business days unless express shipping has been indicated, then it will arrive as quickly as 2 to 3 business days. Please allow 1 to 2 days for handling."

So I wanted to contact them but they didn’t have an contact email on the site, only a contact form on the site. Using the contact form on the site i sent them a message(and a second one later) that included my email but they never contacted me back. Becoming curious about the website and if there was a better way to contact them, I clicked on the facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and rosegalreviews links on the site’s frontpage, only to find that none of them work(links only lend you back to the website). I google searched them for any social media links but I was not able to find any. This led me to believe either the site is unfinished, or they intentionally have fake social media links on the site. In the FAQ they also state that you can call their Customer Service about orders, but I do not see any phone number(or email) anywhere on the site.

I then wanted to cancel the order, but there is no option to cancel the order on the order status page(nor do I see such an option anywhere else on the site).

Also, The item I bought "ZINIK BLAZER Z4 CHROME CUSTOM WHEEL CENTER CAP Z-4 USED" in a quantity of 3 came to a total of $105.00 and that is what now states on the site, yet on my credit card I have been overcharged, with the total amount being $119.65. Such as cost was not mention anywhere during or after checkout.

Another search on the internet also revealed they have another site that sells clothes: https://www.fsitmarket.top/

The about Us, Privacy, Shipping and returns, and other pages seem to be identical in text to fsitmarket.xyz, and the social media links do not work on this site either. Both of these sites appear to be scams and I would be very grateful if the BBB could look into it.

Today is 9/16/2018, over 2 weeks past the date of the purchase, and the status that the order is still "processing". I have not received any replies, a tracking number, or any additional messages about my order. They never sent the item and I cannot contact them to refund the money. I am going to cancel my credit card and see if the credit card company can do anything about the money I’ve lost.
