This wesite offers puppies for sale. I corresponded via email, received pictures and other info on the pups and ultimately paid the agreed upon price of $800. At that time i was contacted by a shipping company dwmanding $1500 life insurance certificate reimburseable on delivery of the puppy. This seemed fizhy so i contacted the seller who agreed that i should pay the fee. I was uncomfortable with the process so i asked for a refund instead. He claimed he would but has since stopped communicating through either email or phone.
