Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company advertises products for sale on their website. Once the order is placed, no follow up email was received and no correspondence at all took place, however our credit card was charged immediately. It was stated it would be shipped within 2 weeks. After over 2 months, we have heard nothing from them. When trying to contact them multiple times via their website ‘contact’ no reply was received from them. Since the order was made, there is no reference on their website for their address or phone number.
