I was on facebook and saw an add for christian jewelry. I placed an order in may and they kept saying there was a problem with the product and they would ship soon. Well its almost August and I’ve gotten no package and no response from them.

I made a purchase on 4/9/19 from a business named Fresh Christian after seeing an add on Facebook. I read NUMEROUS comments on the company’s profile and any person who had expressed concerns were giving a reason for delay in and assured that merchandise was coming. I saw several photos of merchandise from different “customers” being worn and comments that stated their jewelry had arrived and told of the quality or how much they liked them. So I felt like I had “researched” some. After my online purchase I did receive email confirmation. After a couple of weeks I emailed inquiring about my order and requested it be sent immediately including a tracking code emailed to me because I had ordered the items for Mother’s Day gifts and was hoping to have them on time. Some time later and a couple of times after I received emails with excuses stating a reason for delay and that they were sorry and were getting things fixed and sent out soon. The last email regarding my purchase was on 5/17/19 when I was told my items would arrive soon. Today is 7/15/19 and I have yet to receive my $26.00 purchase. I have also received several advertising emails offering other products from their site.
