I ordered a printer and extra rolls of paper. It’s been 2 months and i have not recieved my order and they will not respond to any of my emails. I’m beginning to think this is a scam and I just lost my 59.99.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw the ad on facebook about a Portable Photo Printer. I was skeptical at first, but I started reading comments and reviews and majority were good and some warn people not to shop from them. I went to the site and it seem legit. I went ahead and placed a order on April 30, 2020 for a portable photo printer with 6-rolls of thermal paper (50% off today). The total amount was 59.99 and that amount was taken out of my account from "PAYPAL LOKA" on May 1, 2020. I received a confirmation email (which I attached) with my order number "14232". I waited a few weeks and no other response about shipping. I went to the website and typed in my order number which they gave me and it said "no results matched" meaning that order did not exist. I have sent multiple emails they have provided and no response or acknowledgement. I am now without $59.99 and the product I was purchasing for my niece’s birthday. I have seen multiple post on their ad about why they haven’t responded and why they haven’t received their product.
