I as contacted by Teri Weston , and was told my son qualified for the student forgiveness program, as he is totally disabled, after submitting documentation of his SS award letter and payment of 850.00 to a so called law firm, I was told his loans were excepted into the program, approximitely six months later she phoned again stating *** account was delinquent with the program , they were requirements another 250.00 to reinstate the loans, I questioned this , however still paid the money. I called her a few weeks ago telling her, Department of education was calling us about *** loans, she assured me the loans were part of the program. Teri phoned me again today telling me I should apply for a loan with a bank they have to consolidate the loans, old her if loans were forgiven, why would I want to consolidate, *** after all is disabled. I phoned her back this evening questioning this scam, she said she would return my call, after she looked at *** file. I phoned her back and was immediaotely sent to voice mail, I want my money back, as she also fails to show me any proof of the legitamay of my sons loans being forgiven. The phone number she provided is 561-561-701-8840.
