I ordered an item from Gypsy Lust Co. on July 21,2018. On August 2, 2018 I contacted the company via e-mail to inquire on when I might receive my order. There is also no way to track the shipment.

They responded on August 4, 2018 and let me know that my order would arrive in the next 12-20 days but likely within the next 2 weeks as it was coming from overseas.

On August 27, 2018 I e-mailed them again to inquire about my order as it still had not arrived and got no response.

On August 30, 2018 I e-mailed them again that it had been 26 days since their response that it could take up to 20 days. At that point it had been 41 days since I placed the order. I asked them for a response and a refund as I’m pretty sure I will not ever receive my order.

It is September 4, 2018 and I still have not received my order nor have I heard from them again.
