Product never arrived and there is no response from business at all! This company is a complete scam. I should have done my research before purchasing because upon further investigation and reading reviews, apparently they do this to everyone!!!!

I ordered one of the soft fluffy blankets in late December, and still have not received my package. I have emailed them several times and have only had one person respond who basically reassured me that it was coming and to be patient, but that was almost 2 months ago. They also don’t have a phone number to call which makes the situation even more bad because it is impossible to actually contact somebody. I spent a fair amount of money and I don’t think I’m ever going to see that blanket. So be careful when buying stuff online!!

I purchased a rug from this company for $99.95 on January 22. When I asked for the estimated delivery date, they ("Tina" under the email name "Jack Green") said it would take 3-4 weeks and they would contact me when they had shipping details. I emailed them 4 weeks later and received no response. I emailed them again yesterday and still have heard nothing. There are multiple other stories on ScamPulse.com and Facebook saying the same.

I am working with my credit union and with Shopify, which processed the transaction, to try and get my money back.

I ordered 3 blankets for $150 total on November 8, 2017. They obviously took my money but I still have no blankets. After many emails not being returned and searching for a phone number with no luck, I don’t know what to do. Do NOT buy anything from this company!!
