Type of a scam Government Grant

A friend of mine had her profile duplicated and messages were being sent out with some sort of scam. I received a message from someone pretending to be a friend of mine, they duplicated her profile. This is part of the text I received, basically saying they received money/benefits and saw my name down as someone who is supposed to receive some money and to contact this person via text to get it. I thought it was suspicious so I contacted my friend and she knew nothing and I verified it was indeed a fake profile so I screen shot the messages and account then I warned everyone on my friend’s list on Facebook and I blocked that person so they cant message me anymore.

"TEXT THE AGENCY (FREDIK PAUL) ON THIS TEXT NUMBER (213-788-6672) AND LET HIM KNOW YOU HEARD ABOUT THE (BFAG) WINNINGS PACKAGE AND YOU ARE READY TO CLAIM YOURS TOO?"
