Contacted through email about my order and status update. They said everything is delayed. Requested my order to be canceled and money refunded. And they still try to tell me it’s being processed and will ship despite telling them multiple times to cancel and refund. Been telling them for a week to cancel and refund my money. And still get those emails. Like they’re refusing to cancel and refund my money. Order hasn’t even shipped or been processed. Worst place ever and the worst customer service I have ever gotten.

Ordered shoes in march 2020 never received the shoes. They took my money. There is no number to reach them and the email isn’t real either

About this company…
It is not based in the US. It is in Hong Kong… And ph# is not in the US.. This is a high risk for making purchases and not getting what you paid for and unable to get a response from this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of tennis shoes on 3/27/20 it is now 5/12/20, I have emailed them with no response. They have no contact phone number, just an email. I have emailed them a few times with no response. They took my payment but have not delivered. what a rip off company. My order was for $35.00.

I placed my order on May 4th which was supposed to deliver in 24 hours. I recieved email 2 hrs later saying my shipping info was sent to FedEx but now it’s been 7 seven days. All my inquiry emails have been undeliverable with no other way to contact. Another scam because I need good shoes for bad feet.
