Mr. Scott Frazier also goes by the name of Christopher Frazier. He has a profile on LinkedIn stating he owns both the "Grace Construction Company" and "Frazier Construction Company." His scam is promising home improvements, taking your money and never showing up to do the work. He drives multiple vehicles which are not registered under his name, there is no record of a Contractors License in Duval county. He shows up 1 day, does minimal work, requests money up front for delivery of goods for the next day and neither he or the goods ever show up.
