Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Investigator Jackson for the Fraud Division returned checks $1220.50 saying they have a warrant out for my son’s arrest. The number Mrs. Jackson wanted me to call her back at is different from the number she called from. The message was for me to call her back regarding my son who she is going to issue a warrant out for his arrest if someone does not pay the $1220.50. The number she called from was 1-850-748-3227 the number she wanted me to call her back at was 904-474-1976 ext. 1004 So, I called that number and someone answered Hello. They did not answer the name of the company.

They are calling me(his mom), 86 year old grandmother, and his dad. Giving out information regarding this matter.
