Fran’s Service center charges ridiculously high rates for towing that are more than double of what area tow companies charge. Further they refuse AAA coverage so they can make the customer or insurance company pay the higher fee since they know they can get away with it or hold the car hostage while collecting storage fees by the day. When I called to get the car out they said I have to pay the tow and when I asked how much he said he had to call me later. What company does that? Use any other towing company than these thieves! Now our auto claim is another 500.00 more for having a car towed less than a mile away!
