You get paid on commission as a sales rep, but what they don’t publisize is that the agents are extremely pushy and get extremely rude if they hear the word "no". Thats how they’re trained. But another thing i over heard during my orientation is that anyone who has seniority over you, gets commissioned on what you sell as well and it continues up the ladder, i immediately left.
