Received a voice mail on June 30, 2016 at 10:14 P.M. that stated I owed $670.00 or if I didn’t pay it within 30 days my account would frozen and would need to go to court. Consumer talked to his wife who stated she had not contacted anyone. Received an additional missed call. Called 253 444 0124 and spoke to John Monroe with Fox Enterprises. Mr. Monroe was very angry when I mentioned that I thought it was a scam. John Monroe has my checking account number. Fox Enterprises previously took $2,500 from my checking account a few years ago and I never received money back.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I have a number that calls me several times a day saying that I got a payday loan back in 2011 which is not true. They have a old address for me and the last 4 of my social security number. The number is 855-332-6098 and when I don’t answer they tell me to call back at 855-904-7781. They ask me to set up a payment to take care of the loan but I know for a face I never received one. The company they said I owe go by the name Fox Enterprise.

My husband had a voice mail on our home phone from a Cindy Brown, she stated that my husband had a summons to appear in court and if he did not call her back by today he would be arrested and have to deal with this in court.I called back asking what it was about.. They said he owed a business called Fox Enterprise a sum amount of $590 and he could pay them $50 today and he wouldn’t have to go to court. I repeatedly asked the woman if she would mail me the bill and she declined.. She said the only thing we will be getting in the mail is a summons to appear in court. Or if we paid the $50 today we would get an email stating the arrangement we made. She also stated that he took the loan out when he worked at Wal-Mart when he first started living with me which he never took a loan out then. Needless to say I’m not that stupid and didn’t pay them anything, they are waiting for a call back. She was very pushy and almost demanding that we pay her the $50. I told her I won’t pay anything without a bill stating what I owe and to whom. She said my husband will get the summons and have to handle it in court… Yep.
