Type of a scam Credit Cards

I was contacted on the phone by a company wanting to discuss my credit cards and interest rates. They called my home phone and the caller ID said Chase, which was why I had answered. They offered to have me transfer my credit card to them at a 0% interest rate. However it would cost me $3,995.80 to do it. When I went to the bank they told me that it was a scam and got the sheriffs department involved. There is no information about the company online either.

Type of a scam Credit Cards

Received a call from Card Nember Services, Steven Riley, telling me that they could lower my credit card interest to 0% for indefinitely for a 1 time fee of $995. He got ALL my info..yes EVERYTHING, then sent me to the bank to issue me a card to pay off my balance. She, Lynn Jordan, of Four19 Solutions, said not going to do by way of card , because it would cause a hit on my credit report. SHE called my cc company on a 3-way call (says she was my personal assistant) & of course I said ok, & she proceeds to ask cc company if I had a limit for a balance transfer which I did. So she asks for the amount to pay off my credit card & pay her the $995 to be transferred to my checking account. So after the call I told her I didn’t understand what she was doing. She told me not to worry, that when the transfer is done, she will help me transfer from my checking. I called her back & told her that I didn’t want to do that. She threatened with sending to collections, attorney fees. So I didn’t send the check for the $995 that she told me to overnight to the above P.O. box. Froze all my accounts (including the cc transfer) & reported to Credit Bureaus. Hope that’s enough!

Type of a scam Credit Cards

A company calling themselves four 19 Solutions called me they knew more about me then I knew about myself. They tried to scam me. They they wanted me to apply for a *** card then said I was already approved. They provided me a phone number to get a new *** card and the phone number provided was not to *** but another nefarious operation who asked for my personal identifiable information. I *** them and found fraud alerts out for that person and fake company. If people call and they have your information and they try and talk you into something that they say they can make better do not do it issue a fraud alert!
