Type of a scam Employment

Not sure if this is a scam but it feels like a scam. My wife got almost harassment level of phone calls for a job offer that required her to except mail packages and then forward them to another address with labels supplied by the shipper. They claimed to pay 2000.00 per month and additional 30 dollars per every package she process. I spoke to a friend of mines that said he had this same offer from a different company and it was a scam. These people have a website as well but info on it at first glance seems professional but when you really read it, its not. i also checked to see if they are registered and they are not. please take a look into this.
