Type of a scam Online Purchase

I put an order (an Isabel Marant jacket and a dress) online with Forward by Elyse Walker, using my credit card for total of $466.45. Soon after they contacted me via email and requested more information about my identity and credit card details for "order verification." This request felt scammy and I researched their reviews to find out that they are a major scam company, and do this to everyone to save their credit card number and details to put more unauthorized orders in the future and charge more money. I immediately cancelled my order with them before it’s being processed, prepared or shipped. They claim that they cancelled my order and the amount hasn’t been charged, but on my card statement, 5 days later, the amount is still being charged. They refuse to cancel & refund and keep asking screenshots of my bank statements etc.
