Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I have already received 2 checks that fake. From this man . This morning i got a text message i will be recieving another monday for survey. Its funny the sMe person with same phone number keeps trying to send me checks. My bank will not even take them, i called bank on check. Seems they keep getting complaints. Why dont they call the people with the accounts these people are stealing.. I went to police station, got number for major fraud, i called todY , but there is nothing they can do because its out of jurisdiction. There has to be a way to track or stop these people. I am a on number 4 for checks. I really would like to stop these people
