Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order purchasing a motorcycle helmet on 9/2/18 paying via paypal payment, order # 1506897407 for the amount of US$***, then the seller cancelled my order on 9/4/18, the seller did process a paypal refund on the same day, however, the seller cancelled the refund on 9/10/18, picture of the cancellation attached, during the time I did email the seller several times inquiring why my order was cancelled and asking for refund, the seller had never responded to me, I am asking seller to refund my full amount.
