Received a yellow ruled fullscape sheet of paper with a Plain white envelope – no other identification on it but it had a Canada Post postage paid stamp in upper right corner with a number 4538935. Looked Handwritten and said the following:
" Hi
My name is Kevin.
I want to $BUY$ your house at 225 Wharton Blvd.
Please call me at 204-995-2274.
Please call Thanks, Kevin 204 995-2274".
