They offered a “free” bikini with only paying shipping and I fell for it. Order 256825 was placed and only paid $*** for shipping (which seemed high even with the 40% off shipping) on April 7th. I have not received this item and they use automated responses to ignore my consistent asking for a refund and cancellation of the order. Don’t let others fall for this Instagram scam.

Instagram promoted this company with an ad for a free bathing suit top promotion. I clicked on it, added it to cart, and paid for shipping. It took over 3 months to actually receive the bathing suit top and it was extremely poor quality and I am unable to return it because it is after the 30 day return period.

I ordered a "free" shirt off of this website, and I had to pay tax. Their website has massive amounts of "free" items to purchase, as long as you pay $9 for shipping. After ordering I receive an email saying my shirt will get here in 4-6 weeks. it’s been 10 weeks, and I have received nothing. I contact customer service through email, and no response. The comments all over their instagram (@shopfolsom) are people saying they never received their items, and customer service has not replied to any of their emails. This is a FAKE company!!!!
