I was purchasing a toy Yorkie puppy and it was to be delivered to me via flypetcargo. The woman I was purchasing (supposedly) the puppy from said she would take puppy to Fly Pet Cargo and it would be shipped to me and I would pay WHEN the puppy was delivered to my home. However, I received a call from Fly Pet Cargo who told me I would have to pay $500 before the dog left Washington in order to purchase a ticket. I tried purchasing it through Zelle but it did not go through. Then I used Venmo to purchase the puppy. Because it was a Saturday, the payment did not clear. Fly Pet Cargo called and said they would not send the puppy until the payment cleared, which would be four days from this date. After that event, I did some investigation and found out that Flypetcargo.com is a scam company. I then called and asked them to return my payment as I no longer wanted the dog. Because the payment had not cleared, the gentleman said he could not return the money nor cancel the sale. I closed my Venmo account and my bank account so that they could not obtain the money but I am not sure that is going to solve the problem.

I thought I purchased two Yorkies for 900$ paid western union to the transportation company to deliver the puppies. The next day another email asking for 1350$. Sent Walmart to Walmart. The next day I get another email for 750$ that the puppies needed a stress shot. I told them that I couldn’t afford it and demanded that my pups be delivered. After numerous calls and text to the company and the seller, I have not gotten no response from no body. I did file a police report with Spokane Valley, WA. This is not over. I plan on pursing this in every legal way the law allows until these [email protected]#ds end up in jail. I want my money back and reimbursement for all the pain suffering for being taken advantage of and robbed!

Bought a dog from owners in Washington state, they claimed to ship the dog to us in michigan. They then contact me to inform me that the puppy was dropped off to the transport service, gave me a confirmation code and evrything. I then took to our agreement and called the transport system to pay for the transportation. $500 (western union) and sent out the money. Once they received the money, I got an email stating I now either have to rent a $650.00 crate to "protect our dog" because the carrier that he was in wasn’t a 1st class carrier. They stated they will not send me the dog until I rent the crate. I was given the opportunity to buy the crate for $1,000.00. At this point, none of this was in my and the seller of the puppy agreement. So I refused to send the money to rent or buy this 1st class carrier. They wouldn’t let me talk to a manager or anyone higher up than the same guy I have been dealing with to begin with. He kept telling me that the manager isn’t in, or is busy. I still have yet to talk to any manager.
