Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a samoyed puppy online for $699.00 from a site called fluffysamoyeds.com owned by a person named Roland John Ndeh through Google pay. On the day that the puppy was supposed to be flown from Dallas Fort Worth airport to Pittsburgh airport the puppy was not shipped. Instead I received an email stating that the crate the dog was left in at the airport was substandard and that I needed to pay an addition $1900.00 for a climate controlled crate. I contacted United Airlines and they told me that the tracking number was not legit and that there was no dog at Dallas airport, and that there is no such thing as a climate controlled crate. We received no puppy. This site is a scam and needs to be taken down. Also this person (Roland John Ndeh) needs to be prosecuted and put in jail.
