I purchased a Pomeranian puppy from Virginia Brown who told me to go to Walmart and sent the money Western union. I sent $600.00. We had several email conversations. Today I the puppy was supposed to be delivered. But Virginia’s delivery service told me they needed $945.00 to ship the puppy. I emailed Virginia to remind her she told me shipping was included and I wasn’t going to pay the $945.00. I said I wanted my money back. Now I haven’t heared back and I have no puppy or my $600.00.

I was looking into buying a pet , ive never purchased a dog before and after a long time of debating I to what dog I wanted I decided on a Pomeranian. From there I went on to looking online threw multiple websites as to where I could buy a Pomeranian for a good price as any other person would , to try and find the dog cheaper . So my girlfriend and I stubbed across “ http://fluffypomeranians.com/Contact-us.html “ this website which offers beautiful baby Pomeranians 6 to be exact. We inquired the seller about the dog a white Pomeranian the seller has on the website. She ) emailed me with pictures and even a video of The dog . Then she proceeds on to txting me and giving me a bunch of information on the dogs and how she ships them and how long it takes amongst more. She tells us to ph her via money order or western union. So as soon as we had the money to we went to western union and made sent a money gram to her with the info she has provide to us threw message “ Receivers name…….V. BROWN City/State…………..RICHMOND VA zip code………..23173 Anount….. $650 “ . We went on to paying the money and she asked to pick the “money in minutes” option so we did, because she said the sooner we paired the sooner she’d have info on when the dog would get shipped and such, and she asked us the provide her with a picture of the receipt so we sent it to her because it had the tracking number on it. After she received the money she didn’t really text much so I had to text her back asking her basic information about when the dog would be delivered . She kept saying some delivery agency would contact us and nothing. The next morning at 11:11 am I messaged her regarding the dog and got no reply I began to worry so I messaged her again at 1:32 pm “ Hello , I was wondering when The dog would be sent since the money was payed for yesterday and if he isn’t delivered today as promised we would follow threw with a law suit for scamming.” After this she finally replied saying she would send full full shipping details soon and sorry for the delay. Long story short from 2:46 till 4:23 she continued telling me she was still on her way to the delivery agency, I asked her to kindly keep me updated on the delivery details and she said ok . Around 4:43 I was finally tired of waiting for a reply and I messaged her with the following “ So after waiting all day to wait for a pet delivery, I decided to do some research and stumbled across this, now here’s what we can do , I have messages and emails with you telling me I will receive my puppy which is clearly a fraud , I have paid you for something that clearly isn’t arriving now all I ask for is my money .” “ Send me back my 650$ US Dollars. And we can leave it there or we can go on with file a complaint and or a law suit for scamming and also for continuing to make me believe that the puppy would arrive” She hadn’t responded at all . So I decided to message her from my phone now and no longer from my girlfriends asking her for information on dogs to see if she’d answer there , I asked if Dog A and another dog B were still available, she said yes and that’s when we decided to follow threw and fill out this complaint form. The seller scammed us with 650$ along with another 22$ to send her the money in minutes. I am truly disappointed with all of this . I also have proof to back up all of what has been said in this description which includes the emails , the message, and the payment that was sent to the seller .
