April 18th 2020 I had purchased a jacket from the web site listed, the funds were taken out of my account shortly after, the purchase did not arrive to my address until approximately three weeks later , I did not like the jacket nor did it fit well on me I moved forward with the return process, on numerous occasions I tried contacting the company by phone number I never could get through as if it never existed I then proceeded to use The email provided I had gotten no response until several days later I requested on numerous occasions for a return slip I have gotten no response then I received several emails regarding a survey and several emails regarding a ticket number with several numbers and letters it has now been two months later June 18, 2020, I am led to believe that this business is either computerized with fake models showing the clothing on examples, the phone numbers in the email addresses I am led to believe are fraudulent it has been two months nor have I received a return slip or a phone call or an email regarding this matter, this has been and I’m going process for two months all I want to do is return my jacket and refund my money.

This is an online clothing company. I purchased clothes, paid for them but never received them. I contacted the company via email several times. They sent a “tracking number” saying the order has been shipped but it’s impossible to track. Not only is the information not in English but the product has never left Hong Kong and the company will no longer respond to my emails. It has been two months since I placed the order for one item. At this point I asked for a refund but again, no response. Their website guarantees satisfaction and says they will refund if you are not satisfied with their product. Since they took my money, never sent my order and sent a tracking number that is impossible to track I believe this is a total scam.

Please note that merchandise is being photographed and not being sold as shown at all. A pair of black sandles decorated with numerous beads and charms in the catalogue came to me with absolutely nothing on them. Company offered me a refund, but has poor ratings for those. I have inquired why they would misrepresent merchandise in the catalogue and totally scam the buyers. No answer. In America, they would be shut down immediately. I will never buy anything from a UK company again.

Saw this company on Pinterest, women’s clothing and places and order of two items around $100.00 total. A month later I had not received an email telling me that my items have been shipped. I called the number and left a message. The next day I received an email telling me my items have been shipped, giving me a tracking number. A week later I had not received my order so I looked up my tracking number and it is invalid.
