Type of a scam Employment

I called the above phone number that was posted as a job on craigs list for my fiancé. When I asked the gentleman, Terrell, about the company he said he worked for investors that flip houses. He asked why i was calling and not my fiancé, and i simply told him he is doing a side job, but didn’t want to lose an opportunity to find a good job. I asked his address so I can check the ScamPulse.com and he gave me the above address. A gentleman at the ScamPulse.com also checked and it looked like an vacant building/house. Terrell was quick to get me off the phone with all my questions, so I got the advise from the ScamPulse.com to contact this location. All sounds very very fishy to me. When he answered the phone, he just said hello, no the name of the company. The email alone looks suspicious.
