My name is Venkatesh B, from Bangalore. I have ordered 1 unit Canon Camera through Facebook e-commerce. I have transferred money through agent account Rs 60000. After my parcel was kept on hold due to MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) and Delayed Payment Fee. Dealer requested to pay additional amount of Rs 10000 for additional 6 units of camera. Again I have transferred the amount to the same agent account. Now again dealer is saying to Rs 10000 and parcel is kept on hold at Indira Gandhi International Airport due delay in payment fees. I am really worried about the parcel. I don’t know whether my parcel arrived or not. Dealer keeps on adding the money but not sending the package to me.
